5. Stress Differentiation Behaviour

Short, harmless events that look dramatic but mean nothing bad.

Disturbance signatures represent momentary flurries caused by small physical events inside or near the hive — a bee slipping, a nectar spill, a guard bump, or a bee flying close to the recorder. These spikes are tall, narrow, and immediately followed by a return to normal structure.
